We are staying close to government advice, so we can do the right thing at the right time to keep our customers and workforce safe.
Our online shop is still open for back orders of the HOTBIN Mini and Mk.2, you need to be aware that payment will be taken at time of order. If you would like to order now, please use one of the links below and click ‘Add to basket’.

Bulking Agent - Unfortunately, we have had to prevent orders of bulking agent and remove this from the shop for now as our ability to supply is dependent on our supplier who has suspended business operations until further notice.

Promotional Discount Codes - If you have a promotional code you have found in any of our seasonal advertising that we have live throughout the Spring months and are waiting to place an order based on the Covid 19 situation changing. Within reason we will be flexible with these codes and their redemption after the expiry date has passed.

Back Orders Accepted - You can continue to place orders with us but you need to know that payment will be taken at the time of ordering and that we will not be able to ship anything until Government guidelines are relaxed or changed, this will be officially reviewed on April 14th, 2020. HOTBIN Supply Update - 25/03/20
As the Government guidelines around the Covid 19 situation continue to change we are also having to make changes to our operations. Our priority at the moment is the safety and wellbeing of all of our workforce and customers and unfortunately, as of today 25/03/20 we are no longer able to manufacture or ship any further orders of the HOTBIN Mini and Mk.2 models, bulking agent or spare parts from our warehouses.
This has been a difficult decision to stop delivering for now, but we feel it is the ethical and correct thing to do at this time as we all strive together to ensure that we adhere to Government guidelines and do everything we can to limit the spread of the virus.
You can continue to place orders with us (which payment will be taken for), but we will not be able to ship anything until Government guidelines are relaxed or changed, this will be officially reviewed on April 14th 2020.
Deliveries we be resumed only when it is safe to do so.

Here at HOTBIN we are closely monitoring all official guidelines on the current Coronavirus pandemic. Over the past week we have made a number of changes to the way we work to support our customers, whilst also helping to keep our workforce safe.
By doing this we hope to avoid any delay to our services. At this stage we would like to let you know that the HOTBIN range is in stock, deliveries are uninterrupted, and our customer services team are still available to assist you.
Please be aware that our response time may be slightly longer than usual due to increased volume of customer queries, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
